Multiplication tables that I have printed back-to-back and laminated. One side have X ? ( eg 1x2, 2x2, …10 x2) tables and the other the associated ?X tables( eg 2x1, 2x2…2x10) My daughter asked me to do these for our 3years 7month old grandson who has developed a particular interest in Maths and particularly number. He has used them on virtually a daily basis and even at his young age, knows most of his multiplication tables off by heart, which is amazing.

SEARCH-FIND-COUNT INSECTS(1) - COUNTING + ADDITION + NUMBER BONDS + ANSWERS + CLIPART Count the 11 different insects in the picture I have not tried this as I am a secondary teacher but I was trying to come up with an idea for a primary college that would make counting ‘more interesting’ . I thought that the main image may be laminated to allow pupils to use a whiteboard marker to cross off/ circle the ones they have found. A tally chart(s) also could be used. I have included all the insects I have drawn as individual clip-art so that you could use them for you own PowerPoints, Notebook files etc If it a popular/useful resource, I may make a series with different topics/themes. This is just an idea I had for another use for the 700+ fraction diagrams I made for my fractions worksheets. (these diagrams are available to download) I have not tried these worksheets out yet but I foresee that students will have to be quite meticulous to complete them but might also pick up a few things about fractions as well. I hope they will realise that when doing question 4 that it becomes easier if they turn the sheet so the line of reflection is vertical.
